How to Use Content Administration's Article List

    On the list

    This is a place where you can see all the written JMH articles, search, create, edit or retract pieces of content published in Jentla Marketing Hub.

    We've divided the Content Administration main page into four sections, for your better understanding of their specific functions.

    To guide you through each one, please follow the linked map below:

    Area 1- Marketing Section

    Contains 7 buttons that allow you to create new articles distributed on multiple or on specific channels. Press on any to create Multichannel (contains all), Website/Mobile, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Email or SMS articles.

    For Website/Mobile, the following page will be displayed:

    Area 2 - Fields Section

    This section is used to filter the list of articles to be edited, as illustrated in the image below:

    Click the Search button, to expand the filter section or hide the filters display by clicking the same icon

    Here you can filter the list of displayed articles by:

    • Enter the Internal Title - Supply the internal title for your article in the field
    • Display Title - Enter the display title for your article in the field
    • Status - Use the drop-down list select the desired section. Only items in this section will able to display
    • Type - Use the drop-down list select the desired section. Only items in this section will able to display
    • Category - Use the drop-down list select the desired section. Only items in this section will able to display
    • Sites - Use the drop-down list select the desired section. Only items in this section will able to display
    • Click the Show/More Filters button, you able to view some more filters as below:
    • Publish Start Date From - Used to search the article by the article start date from
    • Publish Start Date To - Used to search the article by the article start date to
    • Publish End Date From - Used to search the article by the article end date from
    • Publish End Date To - used to search the article by the article end date to
    • ID# - Used to search the article ID

    Click the Search Button to search the values in the desired filters. Click the Clear button to reset the values in desired filters.

    The filtered articles will then be listed.

    Area 3 - Buttons Section

    From this area you can perform 4 types of actions involving all types of articles.

    • To create a new article press New
    • To Edit an existing article, check its corresponding tick box from the list, then press Edit.
    • Feature an article by checking its tick-box and pressing Feature ( available for multiple selections).
    • Retract any article from the list by checking it and pressing the corresponding button ( available for multiple selections)

    Area 4 - Article Section

    Contains the created article list. Press on any of the article's names to acess their editing pages.

    Click on the columns' names to filter the articles according to each specific field. Order articles in the list based on :

    • ID -  ID of the Jentla article
    • Internal Title - Internal title of the Jentla article
    • Category - Category of the Jentla article
    • Article Type - Article Type of the Jentla article
    • Created Date - Created Date of the Jentla article
    • Status - Status of the Jentla article
    • Click the Show More Fields button, and you'll view some more fields as below:
    • Publish Start Date - Published Jentla article start date
    • Publish End Date - Published Jentla article end date
    • Featured - Featured for the article. Whether it is displayed in front page or not
    • Author - Author of the Jentla article

    Press on the Show More Fields button to see more fields for your articles list:
